Track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number via your chosen contact method. You can also find your tracking number in your account section on the website under my orders. You can then use this to check your order status via DHL.
Personalised items are not available for express delivery & may arrive separately to the rest of your order. Engraving details can be left in order notes at basket, emailed to us (email@example.com) or sent via our Facebook page, Bella Casa Homeware.
Made a mistake when ordering, or want to cancel my order can I change this?
YES! Pop us an email with in 24 hours to get this changed or cancelled! After this time your order may have started processing & be unable to be changed.
You can visit our returns portal to process a return, please pop in details of your reason or any exchange you'd like so we can process this quickly.
